From the first call to them to the completed job was a great experience. The break down of everything, including pictures sent to me about my vehicle was awsome. I appreciated the Honesty of my brakes. They were not out to just make money. I will definatly be back with all my vehicle repair.

I was treated with respect that gave me a full detailed document checking off the things that were fine and letting me know what they thought needed to be done and I chose to have my brakes replaced and I’m glad that they found that before I went on my road trip. I will definitely be making another appointment at this location to check out my other vehicle

MKG was amazing from the start. I don’t live in town so their online booking system was amazing. I needed a pre-purchase inspection and their reviews showed me this was the right place. I called prior to the appointment and they were friendly and answered all my questions. The inspection they did was very thorough with a detailed report and lots of pictures to show everything they found from scratches inside the vehicle to tiny dents found in the roof. They looked for anything and everything to make sure it was a safe and reliable vehicle to purchase. Definitely recommend them!

The heater in my car went out over Christmas and I brought it into The Garage during a busy holiday season. From start to finish it was a completely enjoyable experience. I brought my car in after hours and dropped the keys in the drop-box, by the morning I had an influx of text messages with photos taken of my car just on the lot, letting me know they see it, it's there, here's the condition, nothing happened to it over night and this was all before they even took it inside to review it. By the time they got to actually look at the car's issues, I had a very detailed estimate report equipped with photos documenting what needed to be repaired and the level importance. Because, of course it was, not just the cars heater was out. There was a nice little list of things that needed attention, but I was able to review the issues and level of severity and importance and made a decision from there. All with The Garage taking all my calls and going over all my questions (and bonus! they contacted to warranty department for my car so I didn't need to worry about that - a nice portion of it was covered thru the warranty and The Garage handled it!). Lastly, as it was over the holiday, I was not expecting my car back for a week longer, but they called me about 30 minutes before closing for New Year to let me know they got it done ahead of time and luckily I was able to rush right over to pick it up before it would have been locked on their lot throughout the weekend. Just a top notch crew and business...appreciate the level of knowledge and care that made the whole experience worth it.

Great experience with the garage. Honest assessment of our cars condition by email highlighting current issues and issues to keep an eye on in the future. Work finished when promised. Fair pricing . I will recommend them to all.

I would highly recommend The Garage MKG for any auto repair needs. I brought my 2016 Infinite in last week for a once over before my warranty was ending. I was able to drop my car off that night so they could look it over the next morning. The communication was fantastic and they provided such a detailed report that was sent by text and email. They dealt with my warranty company and got half the repairs covered. Aaron and Alex (hope I spelled their names correctly) are very nice gentlemen to speak with. I will definitely bring my car back if I need any other repairs.

The team at The Garage are always extremely professional and personable. The quality of work is excellent. Service recommendations are transparent and comprehensive. I never feel like I'm being pressured or being sold something I don't need. I greatly appreciate the ease of the approval and payment process. We were fortunate to come across Jake and the team several years ago and they've earned our business with every transaction.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve had better service **anywhere** in my entire life. They got me in quickly, communicated clearly at every step, and even provided detailed before-and-after photos—something I’ve never experienced at an auto shop before. They were kind, honest, realistic, and never pushy. Every bit of work is automatically reported to Carfax (and they send it to you for free), which is such a game-changer for transparency and peace of mind. Honestly, they’ve ruined every other shop for me. Consider me a lifetime customer. I almost hesitate to write this review because I don’t want them to get *too* busy—but even if there’s a wait, it would absolutely be worth it. Bonus shout-out: I have a 2021 Tesla Model 3, and finding independent shops that are comfortable working on Teslas is tough (and the dealership prices are painful). These guys handled it without hesitation—and even realigned my trunk for free. If you’re looking for a shop you can fully trust, this is it.

From the start, the staff was friendly and clearly explained their entire process. ​One of the standout features was the digital inspection—they took comprehensive photos and provided detailed descriptions of all major car systems. It gave me a great 'health check' on things I hadn't even brought the car in for, which I really appreciated for future planning. ​I also valued that they actually listened to my concerns. I told them what I had already tried to do to fix the issue myself, and they took that into account rather than starting from zero. My client service rep, Aaron, was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. Plus, their after-hours pickup process is seamless and made a busy day much easier. Highly recommend!
